The Bungalow with Terrace is a single room of 30 square meters. It is a room with a kitchen and bathroom inside that has a patio of 8 square meters on the ground floor for exclusive use and a terrace of 30 square meters on the upper floor with views of the sea and the Breña Natural Park. The terrace has a table, chairs and two comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. Double bed of 150 and fully equipped kitchen.

Access to the bungalow with any type of animal is not permitted

- Full kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils for 2 people.
- Full bedding for winter and summer, replenished every 4 days with towels included.
- 135 cm double bed.
- Separate bathroom.
- Flat TV with USB and HDMI input and international channels.
- Free Wi-Fi 24 hours.
- Cleaning products, toilet paper, iron and ironing board.
- The use of the washing machine will be charged at 2 euros and it is community.
Conditions:
- There is no room service.
- There is no possibility of adding an extra bed or cot.
- The parking is located 20 meters away. (Not included in the price). Please book in advance during high season.
- Minimum and maximum stays depend on bungalows and seasons.
- Entry and exit are not allowed on Saturdays.
- Children cannot stay at this establishment.
- Check-in time on arrival date until 10:00 p.m. Check-out time until 11:00.
- VISA or Master Card credit cards are accepted.
- Pets are not allowed.
