The Studio is a single room of 20 square meters. It is a room with a kitchen and bathroom inside. It has a large patio of 25 square meters for exclusive use and with an independent exit. It has wooden floors and soundproof doors. Double bed of 135 and fully equipped kitchen. It has a separate bathroom and a large bright furnished outdoor patio (table, chairs and reclining chairs) to enjoy the sun just 20 meters from the beach.

Access to the bungalow with any type of animal is not permitted
It has:
- Full kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils for 2 people.
- Full bedding for winter and summer, replenished every 4 days with towels included.
- 135 cm double bed.
- Separate bathroom.
- Flat TV with USB and HDMI input and international channels.
- Free Wi-Fi 24 hours.
- Cleaning products, toilet paper, iron and ironing board.
- The use of the washing machine will be charged at 2 euros and it is community.
Conditions:
- There is no room service.
- There is no possibility of adding an extra bed or cot.
- The parking is located 20 meters away. (Not included in the price). Please book in advance during high season.
- Minimum and maximum stays depend on bungalows and seasons.
- Entry and exit are not allowed on Saturdays.
- Children cannot stay at this establishment.
- Check-in time on arrival date until 10:00 p.m. Check-out time until 11:00.
- VISA or Master Card credit cards are accepted.
- Pets are not allowed.
